Peace and prayers to the family. This time of year sometimes makes things like this so much worse.

To Ujustwonder.... even though Channel 12 stated that other family members needed to be notified... MOST of the family already knew about what happened last night, because most of them were there. And I can say that Channel 12 wasn't first on the scene, Channel 9 was. I live on the street, I know what went on last night. Please don't just assume things when you don't know the whole story.

Just about all media is scum...its all about who brought you the news segment first...journalist with integrity don't work for local news channels. At least not many

do not know this family, but my prayers are with them. This is sad especially this time of the year. Also i would hope the news would not run the names and location until all family members were notified and why would you go up to the house and knock on the door. We the people do not want to see that.

@ujustwonder: The problem is media is like everything thing else. It is all about politics. They don't care what they say and do to hurt someone as long as they get first "dibs" on the story. I am not taking up for channel 12 news but they are all like that! It is a shame the world is coming to this, but sadly it is only going to get worse. Prayers to the deceased and their greiving family members. RIP!

I find this very disturbing that your news segment ran this morning on the television and had the news reporter in front of the home reporting on this story as she stated that she went to the door of the home and the family requested privacy as they had not yet been able to notify all family members at this time, you continued to run this story and disregard their request for privacy at least until all family was notified! This is disgusting to me andshows a huge lack of respect on chanel 12's part! I am shocked that your reporter is knocking on doors trying to get inormation from a greiving family at such a difficult time and then takes such a blatant. Disregard to their wishes! Very sad and caused me to turn the chanel, will not watch again!
