Grand Jury Takes Case: Troopers Charged With Tractor

They shot out a tire of the tractor and hit the driver with a stun device, but still had to wrestle him out of the cab.

"Charging..." with a tractor - really? I see they had to shoot out a tire...must have been going too fast to toss out the stop sticks. ;)
