Cincinnatus, be careful with "observation" the eye can fool you. One's observation can be influenced by sterotypes and which is hateful and judgmental.

Its funny how Cincinnati is.....what happen to all the prostitution false allegations.this guy made a police report of being harrassed.and look what happen as I said before Kendall was the sweetest person u would every meet. And I miss him dearly.news gets stories so messed up neighbors are so quick to point fingers when he was just walking to the store, he has to be stereotyped and just think of all the comment his loving mother read having to bury her baby.....

late i know, but: A) i agree with what Monica Roberts has said elsewhere -- this is nasty, bigoted reporting, misgenders Ms. Hampton and pushes the "Black trans women are sex workers" stereotype. B) all the bigoted comments [such as the ones full of the "trans women are really men" meme and/or implying that she deserved to be murdered] are just awful. these are the type of ideas that make things so dangerous for women like Ms. Hampton. and C) @earlschieb: it's extremely gross and dehumanizing to go around calling people "it".

Cincy84: Observation is not the same thing as judgment. There is no verse which says "Observe not lest ye be observed." At the same time the Bible is full of verses telling us to be discerning. Posting one's observations and discernments is in no way hateful or judgmental.

Seriously..I love Cincy...just hard to take some of these comments....well serious. I love our bubble....It just keeps gettn "popped" though...like a backwoods ZIT

good ole Mark Twains famous Cincy comment, I would agree before the day and age of the internet. It's hard for anything to be "behind the times" with everyone online. For example, fashion and everything use to hit east and west coast and then take time to migrate but now with the internet and social media everyone gets everything at once.

with all that aside I really hope the victim in this case some how gets the justice they deserve no matter what the gender. To be honest the gender talk should be the least of anyone worries. Just find the killer!!

SinDFetish, with my reply I didn't meant to single you out but the part of your comment being "cincy Ohio" to me sounded like you expect nothing less from people in Cincinnati. I took that as a stero-type remark. Not everyone from the Tr-state is narrow minded, just because a couple narrow minded individuals with access to a computer make dumb and uneducated remarks about someone they have never meet before in their lives should not reflect on a city or area. Trust me I've ran into my fair share of "behindness" in this city but I've also meet some wonderful people. I travel for work and New York and Chicago are the two major cities I go and I'll tell you right now, they have their fair share of "behindness". I'm glad and proud to be from Cincinnati, Ohio!
