What story is true? I've read a few different ones this morning: 1) random bystander walking in the area. 2) victim of boyfriend in a "love triangle" so she knows the shooter- NAME HIM. 3)elderly woman going for treatment shot by stray bullet. WHO DO WE BELIEVE???
