The Warren County Prosecutor drops charges against a Mason mom accused of having sex with a teenage friend of her children. That's according to our partners at the Western Star.

Prosecutor David Fornshell said they were forced to drop the case against 38 year old Jennifer Alghzawi because a key witness has left the state, and he didn't feel he'd be able to get the witness back to testify.

Alghzawi was accused of performing oral sex on a 15 year old friend of her own child, as well as of giving a number of teens alcohol at her home. Her trial was set to begin August 13th.

Her lawyer tells the Western Star he is pleased with the outcome of the case.

What ever happened to innocent till proven guilty in this country? The charges were dropped cause this kid probably couldn't keep his story straight as many times as he had to retell it. Such a shame...this whole thing was a mess. I hope she finds some peace after all of this and he realizes what he has done.

Damn, what's it gonna take for people to start calling and reporting "stange" things going on before it goes this far? The dog being left out all the time would've been enough for ME to call and report it.People always say when they're being interviewed " I KNEW something was going on." WELL DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!
