Western Hills Woman Locates Lost Dog's Owner

Kelly Meder of Western Hills tells Local 12 the black dog she found near Muddy Creek and Wingham has been claimed. Meder emailed Local 12 on November 2, 2007 to post an announcement looking for the dog's owner. On November 13, Meder gave us an update, saying "We found the owner!! It was someone in another neighborhood!"
