A teenager was arraigned on charges that he shot and killed another person's dog.
18-year old Rayshawn Felton is accused of killing the dog earlier this month on Ileff Road. Police say this was part of a domestic violence case.
In court, Felton's attorney says the shooting happened when they were looking at the gun, and that it accidentally went off.
Felton is held on $9500 bond on cruelty to animals, criminal damaging and gun charges.
