A Georgia truck driver is now reunited with his dog. "Yogi" the chihuahua fell into a storm drain during a walk at a Walton truck stop on Friday morning.

Around 2:30 a.m., James Collins called 911 after he made a pit stop at the Flying J Truck Stop. When he was taking his little companion out for a walk, "Yogi" slipped out of his hands and into the drain. Collins couldn't get him out on his own, so he called 911.

The Northern Kentucky Tatical team arrived to save the day. After a scary 90 minutes, the owner and the dog were back together.  The dog was cold and a little unnerved, but not injured.

A "tactical" team to rescue a dog from a storm drain? Why not the fire department? I wonder what that cost was?

Poor, itty bitty little puppy dog! I'm so glad Yogi's ok and back where he belongs, in the loving arms of his owner.

If he would've had a leash on him like he should've, he could've just pulled him right back up again. Bet he does next time. Glad it ended well.
