So, simply because some dead horses were not disposed of properly (whatever that means) the state felt an urge to overreact and remove these animals from the property? There is no reported abuse here, no malnourishment, no injuries or cruelty to animals, NOTHING! Just dead horse not disposed of properly. Oh yea, and someone inhabiting an “uninhabitable” structure. (Who made THAT determination?) Remember when the state intervened to “SAVE” Marcus Fiesel by placing him in the loving arms of his murdering foster parents? How badly must government screw up before people realize that government IS the problem? Hopefully these animals will survive… DESPITE government’s inept intervention.

Why aren't charges being filed??? I am sick of reading, everyday about people not taking care of their animals. It is a crime to neglect your animals. Wake Up Ohio legislature make stronger, enforecable laws for animal abuse/neglect. These crimes lay at your feet to hold persons accountable.

That outfit has been in trouble for quite some time... asking for donations of hay/feed and then going out to celebrate rather than feeding their livestock. Be sure to check out these "tax exempt" outfits before signing over so much as a flea to them.
