St Patricks Day

	Tip o' the hat to St. Patrick It is said that if you are lucky enough to be born Irish, you are lucky enough. Maybe that's why people love to claim an Irish heritage on St. Patrick's Day.
	Try corned beef hash for St. Patty's Today's lesson: Corned beef is a time-honored St. Patrick's Day tradition, but this year we break the mold by taking all the flavors of corned beef and cabbage and turning them into a dashing hash.
