Curry Oil

Curry Oil (WKRC-TV)

1 tbsp curry powder
½ tsp water
½ cup olive oil

Combine the curry powder and water to make a paste. Whisk in the oil. Allow the oil to sit for 8 to 10 hours at room temperature.
Strain through 4 layers of wet cheesecloth or coffee filters and reserve. Can be stored in a cool dry place for up to 8 days.
