Ingredients
6 cups mixed greens; baby spinach, arugula, green leaf, or romaine
3 each Bosc pears, peeled and sliced
4 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
3 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon honey
5 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
Sea salt and black pepper to taste
¼ cup pecans, toasted and chopped
Directions
•Combine greens, pears, and cheese into a large mixing bowl; toss to combine.
•In a small mixing bowl combine vinegar, mustard and honey. Slowly whisk in the oil in a slow and steady stream until all combined. Season with salt and pepper.
•Pour the dressing over the salad to toss.
•Garnish with the toasted pecans.
