Red Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients

10 oz. Shredded red cabbage
1/3 cup Scallions (fine slice)
1 cup Daikon radish (grated)
1/3 cup Rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. Honey
2 tsp. Sesame oil
1 tsp. Garlic chili sauce (Sarachin)
Kosher salt and pepper to taste.

Directions

  • Combine cabbage, scallions, and radish in a large bowl.
  • Whisk together vinegar, honey, oil, and chili garlic sauce in a small bowl; drizzle over cabbage mixture.
  • Toss slaw to combine ingredients.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
