Mushrooms in Garlic and Herb Butter

Ingredients

1 lb. Mushroom buttons (washed)
1/8 lb. Butter unsalted
1 tbsp. Garlic minced (jar)
1 tsp. Tarragon
1/8 tsp. Thyme
1 pinch Chervil
½ oz. Shallot minced
1 Sheet aluminum foil 8x8
¼ tsp. Salt and Pepper
1 can Pan spray

Directions

  • Preheat grill medium high heat
  • Spray grill and foil
  • Place butter, shallots and garlic on foil, then mushroom’s, herbs and spices.
  • Close and seal foil by crimping or folding to close so closer is upward or on top (to prevent leaking) we do not want the foil bag to catch on fire.
  • Place on upper rack in grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes.
  • When finished cooking remove foil bag from heat carefully open and serve.
