Corn on the Cob

Ingredients

4 ears Fresh corn on the cob
1 lb. Unsalted Butter
1 can Pan spray
1 oz. Salt
½ oz. Pepper
½ oz. Nutmeg
2 oz. Sugar
1 quart Water

Directions

  • Preheat grill medium high heat
  • Pull back husk on corn cobs (do not remove)
  • Shuck string from cobs
  • In a bowl with the quart of water season with ½ oz. of salt, ½ oz. nutmeg, ¼ oz. pepper and 2 oz of sugar.
  • Place corn in seasoned water let set for twenty minutes
  • Melt butter and set aside (keep warm)
  • Spray grill with oil
  • Pull husk back over corn ears and place on grill and cover
  • Cook for 10-15 minutes being carefully to turn corn on all side while cooking.
  • When finished cooking brush corn cobs with melted butter, season to taste and serve.
