1 good size London broil (2-3 lbs.)
1 pkg of powder garlic dressing
1/4 cup of molasses
1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar
1 cup of salad oil
3 green onions sliced thin
Mix all and marinate beef in refrigerator at least four hours, but preferably overnight.
Grill for 5-8 minutes on each side, depending on how done you want it.
Let rest for up to 10 minutes, then slice thin going against the grain.
