6 Johnsonville Fresh Original Bratwurst links
1 lb. sauerkraut
1 lb. bacon
Slice each brat lengthwise without going all of the way through.
Use your finger to make a boat with each brat.
Stuff each one with sauerkraut.
Wrap brats with bacon, securing each end with a toothpick that has been soaked in water to minimize burning.
Grill on medium-low heat and keep an eye on them to make sure the bacon doesn't burn.
Put in a bun with some horseradish sauce.
