Jen Dalton is the first station personality who doesn’t live exclusively in the news department.  You’ll see Jen doing the traffic reporting every morning during the 7am and 8am hours of Good Morning Cincinnati and also hosting a variety of programs and events on Local 12 and The CW Cincinnati. You can also see her online work, like her weekly “Out & About” weekend planner, on www.Local12.com and www.CWCincinnati.com.

Jen is originally from Columbus, Ohio but she’s spent most of her adult life here in the Tri-State Area.  She graduated Cum Laude from Miami University with a BS in Communication and a BA in Spanish. Her first job out of college was as an intern with WOXY, 97X radio, and she would go on from there to spend several years in the music industry as a field marketing rep for Sony Music.

Jen is a huge fan of theater and acting and that love for the arts is what drew her to performing.  She began acting in high school and then in local commercials and on area stages.  Jen landed her first television job as co-host of Cinema 64 with Bob Herzog. Jen was reunited with Bob when she made the switch to Local 12 in October 2006.  They now work together on Good Morning Cincinnati and Bengals Nation.

When Jen is not on the air she continues to perform on-stage and behind the scenes as a playwright. (Jen’s 2007 play “Mad” received a CEA nomination for Best Alternative Show.)  She also loves music and is often in the crowd at concerts.  Jen loves to travel, ride horses and enjoys watching sports like football and mixed martial arts.  Jen also likes to stay involved in community activities.  She is always happy to donate her time to local organizations, and is particularly passionate about those that promote mental health and animal welfare.
