The Bengals today made the following roster moves: * Activated LB Dontay Moch to the roster. Moch (6-2, 245; Nevada) is a second-year NFL player. He had been with the team for the past week on a roster exemption, which expires today. Moch led the team in sacks (3.5) during preseason, but was out for Games 1-4 of the regular season on an NFL suspension for a violation of league policy on performance-enhancing substances.
* Placed HB Bernard Scott on the Reserve/Injured list. Scott, a fourth-year player, rushed five times for 40 yards against Miami yesterday but suffered a season-ending knee injury in the second quarter.
