The Bengals today made the following roster and practice squad moves:

            * Placed WR Mohamed Sanu on the Reserve/Injured list. Sanu, a rookie from Rutgers, suffered a foot injury in practice on Nov. 28 and was inactive for last week’s game at San Diego. He closes his season with 16 receptions for 154 yards and four TDs. He also threw a 73-yard TD pass, had five rushes for 15 yards and logged two special teams tackles.

            * Signed HB Daniel Herron to the roster from the Bengals practice squad. Herron (5-10, 215; Ohio State) was a sixth-round Bengals draft choice for 2012. He played in all four preseason games, with 25 rushes for 42 yards and five receptions for 26 yards. He was waived on Aug. 31 and signed to the practice squad on Sept. 1.

            * Signed WR Vidal Hazelton to the practice squad. Hazelton (6-2, 209; University of Cincinnati) is a first-year NFL player. He closed 2011 on the Bengals practice squad and opened the ’12 preseason with Cincinnati. He played in all four preseason games, with three receptions for 23 yards. He was waived Aug. 31. He was signed Sept. 3 to the Tennessee Titans practice squad and was released on Oct. 23.
