Pacan, MacDonald Recalled to San Antonio

CINCINNATI, Ohio – The Cincinnati Cyclones, proud affiliate of the NHL’s Florida Panthers and Nashville Predators announced today that forward David Pacan and defenseman David MacDonald have been recalled to the San Antonio Rampage of the American Hockey League.

Pacan, the Chicago Blackhawks 6th round pick in 2009, is headed back to the Triple-A level for the third time this season. He currently leads the Cyclones and ranks second among all ECHL rookies with 48 points (14 goals, 34 assists) in 53 contests. The 21-year-old has logged four games with the Rampage in 2012-13, notching a pair of assists.

MacDonald, a Baddeck, Nova Scotia native, will be making his first career trip to the AHL. This season with Cincinnati, the 26-year-old has collected 21 points (7 goals, 14 assists) in 60 games.

The Cyclones will return to the ice at U.S. Bank Arena on Friday, March 8 when they play host to the Toledo Walleye at 7:30pm for the 2013 Faith Night!
