BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (AP) - Notre Dame's Olivia Voskuhl scored 20 points Friday night in leading the Pandas to a 48-39 win over Marshall County in the quarterfinals of the KHSAA Girls Sweet 16 at Diddle Arena.
The win clinched Region 9 champion Notre Dame (28-5) a spot in Saturday's semifinals against Region 7 champion Manual (25-8).
Carlee Clemons added 12 points and Haylee Smith chipped in 10 for the Pandas.
The Region 1 champion Lady Marshals (27-9) led Notre Dame 33-32 at the 6:06 mark of the fourth quarter, but the Pandas pulled away with a 16-7 game-ending run. Marshall County went the last 5:31 of the game without scoring a field goal.
Taylor Meadows led Marshall County with 16 points.
