The Bengals today made the following roster moves:

* Signed rookie LB Emmanuel Lamur to the roster from the Bengals practice squad. Lamur (6-4, 232; Kansas State) signed with the Bengals in May as a college free agent. He played in all four of the team’s preseason games, logging six tackles. He was waived on Aug. 31 and signed Sept. 1 to the practice squad.

* Placed second-year LB Dontay Moch on the Reserve/Non-Football Illness list, due to chronic migraines. Moch played in one game this season, Oct. 14 at Cleveland.

Many scientific research programs come to unequivocal conclusions in 4 to 6 or 8 years, Well in my opinion, (IMO) after 42 years, it is safe to conclude the Bengals are a perpetual, disappointing, hopeless disorganization.
