After watching the All-Star game in Kansas City and the successes of the World Choir Games, and Bunbury Music Festival, a local food blogger, Julie Niesen Gosdin got inspired.

She wrote a letter to MLB Commissioner, Bud Selig, encouraging him to choose Cincinnati as the venue for the 2015 All-Star game.

After she posted the letter, a Facebook comment was made stating that "Someone should start a social media campaign."

Gosdin decided that that someone should be her.

She created a Facebook page called "Bring the All Star Game to Cincinnati in 2015” for folks to "LIKE" and is using the hashtag #redsasg2015 on Twitter. The page now has over 800 LIKES, which is pretty remarkable considering Gosdin just created the Facebook page yesterday.

Viewers can share reasons why they think the 2015 All-Star game deserves to be in Cincinnati with the #hashtag or on the "Bring the All Star Game to Cincinnati in 2015” Facebook page.
