On February 1, 1985, Everdry Waterproofing of Cincinnati opened its doors as the first Everdry franchise in the nation. Today, this location is still growing strong under the leadership of owner Jim Gielty, who had worked as a Cleveland Ohio firefighter for 20 years proir to opening this franchise.

Over the years, the Cincinnati location has experienced tremendous growth, due to the quality of job installations and personnel. Starting out with 12 employees, we have grown to more than 100 employees, and are still growing.

Since 1994, Everdry of Cincinnati has been awarded "Franchise of the Year" on 6 different occasions and has been one of the top producers in the nation in that time frame. In 2005, Charles Begley was promoted to General Manager. He previously was Production Manager for Cincinnati, dating back to 1985.

With the quality of personnel acquired at Team Everdry, we expect nothing but continued success.

y Choice Is EVERDRY BASEMENT WATERPROOFING! My grandfather got water in his basement for a year or so, and he wanted to get estimates and see exactly what it would take and how much it would cost. We had Permaseal, US Waterproofing, Safeguard, & Everdry Waterproofing out for estimates. My grandfather really didnt like any of the solutions except for Everdry's. They were more expensive, but more knowledgable and the solutions worked. It has been 7 years now, and not a leak ever since. Now, I have a house of my own, and my first and only call was Everdry Basement Waterproofing. The price might be more, but it is worth it 100%. My house is my largest investment! There's a new blog for complaints and reviews at www.everdrycomplaints.com

We had a major leak in the wall of our basement. Talked to several companies and we chose Everdry. Many, many thousands of dollars later...the work crew was great. Sean and his crew were neat, polite, and worked very hard. This was in July, 2011. September, 2011 heavy rain storm and the leaky wall was leaky again, just as bad as before Everdry. Jason was sent to our house to check out the problem. Jason was obviously very put out that he had to come to our house, did not apologize for the bad job they did on our basement and was boarder line rude. Then called the next day and told me that they would be out in a week to fix the problem. Once again he was rude and "put out" that he had to deal with our problem. When I approached him about his attitude he was even worse. At this point would never recommend them. I am sure they will fix the problem, but they should do it right the first time...and about their customer service, they have none.

I was referred to Everdry by my neighbor who had work done several years ago. After getting estimates from a few other companies, i felt as if Everdry had the best solution for my particular problems. The representative who inspected my basement was very friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. Its no secret why Everdry is the best in the business. I have not had a drop of water in my basement since having it waterproofed in March of 2009. I will be sure to recommend Everdrys services to anyone who is having foundation issues!

I just wanted to let everyone know how please we are with the work Everdry did at our house. Your crew were there as scheduled and worked non stop. All the young men were very courteous, knowledgeable, and hard working. The job was completed on schedule and according to the specifications we had discussed. I would not hesitate to recommend Everdry to anyone needing their services.

My husband and I just filed a BBB complaint against EverDry of Cincinnati out of sheer frustration. They worked on our house back in early 2002 and resolved a lot of our water problems, but not all of them. We kept noticing damp spots, but could never locate exactly what the source was until the spring rains of 2011. Since then, we've had EverDry out 4 different times to attempt to resolve the problem. Their scheduler has a bad habit of sending out a different work crew each time (so they're unfamiliar with the history of our problems), and he greatly underestimates the time and materials necessary to do the job properly. Tried to get through to them again today (8/8/11) when our basement leaked again after a heavy afternoon rain. Their phones/e-mail have been down all day. That was the last straw for us. If we have to get the BBB involved to get our problem resolved once and for all, that's what we'll do. Thanks, James Gielty, for the "quality" work your company is doing on a fellow firefighter's home. :( Oh, and we found out that the original 2002 installation was not done properly. Even your own installers admitted that, and we have photos of the shoddy work. And photos of the patio and basement finish work that we had to pull out to fix the problem your installers failed to fix properly the first time.

My husband and I purchased our home 2 years ago in May, and after living here for 18 months we started seeing water on the floor where the walls meet the foundation and eventually started seeing cracks in the floor and water seeping thur the cracks. we were so frustrated and knew we had to do something. We could not keep investing money into our home when our foundation was being destroyed a little at a time when ever there was a heavy rain. This is when we saw an Ever Dry commercial on channel 12 and decided to call. We must say that call was the most important call we have ever made. The work began on 3/28/11 and was completed on 4/1/11. We were truly impressed by the crew and their work ethics. This group of guys was a team and they showed up on time and did not waste anytime getting started each morning and every day was the some for the duration of the job. We must tell you in America today you do not see hard labor like these guys do and it being done with so much pride. These guys represent what Ever Dry is all about! I must say that this crew went above and beyond their job duties to satisfy the customer. We must say that we would highly recommend Ever Dry to anyone who has ever had a water problem with their basement and who wants the most for their money. Thank you.

We had Everdry do our basement several years ago. I keep calling them about mold on the walls and they keep telling me to spray it with bleach three times. We do as they recommend and within a short time, the mold returns. We had them out recently and the guy told us that for another $1500, they could fix the problem. I thought that was what I paid for the first time.

When choosing a company to repair my basement, I went with the best based on referral and research. The crew from Everdry that came to my home was a fine example of why that reputation is deserved. The crew not only worked quickly and efficiently, but they were very professional in their dealings with me. They kept me informed as to each phase of the repair, asked my opinion when determining the placement of the pump and catch basin. They explained each step in the process and answered any and all questions I had. The crew was also considerate and friendly. They interacted well with my children, tolerated my dog, and also my neighbor who seemed more interested in having his hand in the process than I did. The crew did a excellent job each day with site cleanup. Their concern for minimizing construction debris and dirt outreached my own and the steps taken to reduce any effects of their presence was appreciated. Overall, the entire experience with Everdry was a positive one. If the system works half as well as the crew that installed it, my basement woes should be a thing of the past and I will be able to enjoy the space in my basement rather than dreading each trip down the stairs. Thank you.

I am writing this today to let everyone know about my experience with Everdry. The basement work was done on our house in 1989, and we have been in the house since 1999 and this is the first time we have had any problems with the system at all. We called late in the day but one of their supervisors answered the phone. To make a long story short, Jason the supervisor stopped by our house on his way home and installed a new sump pump for us. I just wanted everyone to know that my husband and I were so impressed with the kind and professional behavior of Jason. I know it was late and he was ready to go home, but instead, he came by and took care of our needs. Thank you, Jason and thank you Everdry.

After getting many bids for waterproofing Everdry gave me the most for my money. I have had my basement waterproofed and remodeled for over two years now and love it! There is no more musty smells and the EZ Breathe is great! I have a few friends with the same everdry system and i have not heard a single complaint.
