With a career spanning over 3 decades, Pat Pack has devoted much of her professional and personal lives to the children and families that pass through the doors of Child Focus, Inc. Beginning first as a parent wanting to become involved with Child Focus, she has steadily grown with the organization until reaching her current position as Family and Community Partnership Manager.
"She stands behind us", said Berta Villia, who nominated Pat, "giving us the support we need to do our job the best we can."
Berta also commended Pat's family in her nomination letter. She said that Pat's dedication can be infectious, often moving other members of her family to step up and contribute on projects. Perhaps, though, Berta's closing summary of Pat's hard work best describes how she has touched the lives of so many in over thirty years of service:
"She has made sure that families grow strong, she pushes for success and does everything she can to help people."
Thank you, Pat, and congratulations on being named this month's Hometown Hero. In appreciation of her efforts, Grainger has presented Donna with a commemorative plaque and PNC Bank will make a generous donation to Child Focus, Inc. on Ms. Pack's behalf.
