Ingredients:
4 Frozen Turkey Burgers
4 Ciabatta Buns, sliced lengthwise
4 Lettuce, Tomato and Onion sets
4 Swiss Cheese Slices
8oz Mayonnaise
2 Avocados, ripe and sliced
1oz Lime Juice
Pinch Salt and Pepper
Directions: 1)Preheat your grill to med-high. 2)Whisk the mayo, avocados and lime juice together. 3)Season the turkey burger patties with the salt and pepper. 4)Grill the burgers until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F. 5)While the burgers are resting, place one slice of swiss cheese on each burger and one lettuce, tomato and onion set on a ciabatta bun. 6)Place the burger with cheese on the bun and enjoy with a side item of your choice.
