Grilled Top Sirloin Kabobs with Cilantro Lime Rice

-2 lbs Top Sirloin cut into 1 inch pieces
-1 med red onion cut into 1 inch pieces
-1 yellow bell pepper cut 1 inch pieces
-1 red bell pepper cut into 1 inch pieces
-1 green bell pepper cut into 1 inch pieces
-1 pint cherry tomatoes
-1 pint whole button mushrooms
-2 tablespoons Aromatica Organic Nebraska Prime Steak Seasoning
-2 tablespoons Olive Oil
-12 wooden skewers (soaked in water for at least 1/2 hour)

Heat grill to medium to medium-high, skewer top sirloin, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and onion alternating between each. Brush well w/ olive oil. Season liberally w/ spice mix, place on grill for about 5 min. turn onto other side and grill 4-6 minutes longer

Rice
-2 tablespoons butter
-1 cup rice
-2 cups water
-2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice
-2 tablespoons Aromatica Organic Nebraska Prime Steak Seasoning
-1 package cilantro rough chop (right before you put into cooked rice)

For rice: melt butter in sauce pan, add rice, season w/ about 2tsps. of above spice mix, stir and cook 3 min., add water and lime juice, bring to boil, reduce heat to low, cover and cook 15-20 min. or until rice is tender and water has evaporated. Then remove from heat and let stand about 10 min., fluff Keep warm and add chopped cilantro right before service.
