1 pound boneless chicken breast
1/2 quart teriyaki sauce
pineapple juice, to taste
1 cup soy sauce
4 teaspoons dark sesame oil
Juice of 4 oranges
4 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons ginger, peeled and minced
1 cup scallion, chopped
4 teaspoons garlic, minced
4 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted
- Poke holes in the chicken. Combine all ingredients in a plastic bag and marinate overnight in refrigerator.
- Grill over medium heat.
- Grill pineapple rings.
