Grilled T-Bone w/ Blue Cheese, Horseradish Compound Butter and Rosemary and Garlic Grilled Potatoes

yield: 1 steak

1-1½ in. thick t-bone or porterhouse steak
1 tbsp. olive oil
Montreal steak seasoning to taste
1 stick of butter
3 tbsp. blue cheese
1 tbsp. horseradish or to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

6 red potatoes, sliced ½ in. thick
1 tbsp. rosemary
1 tbsp. minced fresh garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat grill on high 5-6 min. Place seasoned steak on grill, grill 4-5 min. on each side, turn heat down slightly and place steak on upper rack, place oiled and seasoned potatoes on grill, grill until marked and well browned, place potatoes on upper rack and close cover, cook another 8-10 min. check doneness of steak, an instant read thermometer in steak will read between 125 and 130 for med.rare, take steak off grill and let rest 5 min. serve steak and potatoes topped w/ compound butter
