w/ Fresh Italian Sausage, Gorgonzola, Pears and Pine Nuts

-1 can refrigerated pizza dough
-2 Italian sausage links, hot or mild whichever you prefer
-2 pears, cored and thinly sliced
-10 oz. crumbled gorgonzola cheese
-1 tbsp. pine nuts
-olive oil or cooking spray
Grill Italian sausage links ahead and keep warm, roll out pizza dough forming into 2 or 3 equal pizzas, rub w/ olive oil or spray w/ cooking spray then place on med. grill, grill 2-3 min or until golden brown flip crust over and top immediately w/ above toppings or anything you would like, cover grill and cook until cheese is slightly melted.
