Grilled Cornish Hen with Oriental Peach Glaze

Ingredients:
3 Tyson Cornish Hen halved
½ cup teriyaki sauce
½ cup Thai chili sauce
2 clove Garlic, sliced
¼ cup honey
¼ cup brown sugar
½ cup peach preserves
1 peach, sliced grilled and diced

Method:
Season Cornish hen with salt and pepper, brush with oil and grill skin side down. Place in foil pan and cook with grill covered roughly 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

For sauce:
Add all ingredients to a non-reactive pan, bring to a simmer stirring constantly and remove from heat. To plate: Place Tyson Cornish hen on plate, brush with glaze, then garnish with grilled peaches and additional sauce.
