INGREDIENTS:
3 EACH HALF HEN’S
½ CUP ORANGE JUICE (concentrate)
¾ CUP HONEY
1 CUP BBQ SAUCE
1 TBSP BROWN SUGAR
1 DASH CINNAMON
METHOD:
Wash Hens pat dry.
Mix all ingredients together and warm sauce, while grilling.
Baste Hen’s with sauce while on the grill.

Roasted Potatoes, Sauteed Green Beans
