For glaze: In a small sauce pan, combine all ingredients (except chicken). Cook and stir over low heat until fruit is melted and heated through. Remove from heat.
- Place chicken skin-side down on grill over medium heat.
- Cover and grill for approx. 50- 60 minutes total or until chicken is no longer pink, turning half way through cooking.
- Brush chicken with glaze during the last 15 minutes of grilling.
(Note: Reheat glaze if necessary to allow for easy brushing.)
