Marinade:
2 cups Kroger Orange Juice
1 TBSP. Freshly grated Ginger
2 Sweet Onions
2 cups
Any brand Champagne
2 TBSP. Honey
5 cloves Garlic
Salt, pepper
Whisk OJ and Champagne together with ginger and honey. Quarter onions and place in with hen in the marinade. Add chopped garlic and salt and pepper.
Grill hens off and serve with goat cheese risotto, and grilled zucchini
