The Cincinnati Children's Theater is presenting Beauty and the Beast at the Taft Theater beginning this weekend. And Local 12's Bob Herzog is part of the show.
Herzog plays Gaston, a burly, macho, egotistical man who tries to force his way into the heart of Belle... and rid the kingdom of The Beast.
This morning on Local 12's Good Morning Cincinnati, Bob and his fellow castmates performed a number from the show on Dance Party Friday. Click on the video to watch.
Also today during Dance Party to Go, the first graders at St. Joseph Consolidated School in Hamilton taught Bob something this week two words... Tootie-ta! For adults of a certain age, merely saying Tootie-Ta evokes memories of Mrs. Garret, Blair, Joe, Natalie, and Tootie. They used to do this on "The Facts of Life." These guys have no idea what Facts of Life is.
But the kids did know what the limbo was, and they challenged Bob to that as well.
