A Warren County couple who faced nearly 70 years in prison after they admitted to child sex charges-is sentenced to eight years each in prison.
37 year old Benjamin Rodgers and 35 year old Leah Rodgers of South Lebanon pleaded guilty to six counts of sexual battery and eight counts involving child porn last month.
Police said the Rodgers had sexual activity with a child over a six-month period this year and video taped the incidents on several occasions.
The judge also said they'll spend five years on probation once they've served their terms. They also have to register as sex offenders.
