Just arrest him at a strip club when he keeps tipping with quarters, or maybe he had a lot of laundry to do.

Surely they will catch this person. They know what's he's driving and what he looks like. Someone will tell on him -- call crime stoppers and get a little money to boot. What a nut case. Should have known he'd get caught.

@cloak, not a typo, it's SR 73, Oxford State Rd. (Engle's Corner area)

I'm guessing its a typo and meant to be State Route 63, SR 73 is 10 miles further north.

It is on Youtube all these scamming methods. I hope he learns his lesson when he gets turned in by a neighbor, co-worker, friend or family member.
