Police in Monroe want your help finding the person who stole a family's credit cards from their home and then charged thousands of dollars on the cards before the theft was discovered.

Someone stole three credit cards and a drivers license from a home on Brookhurst Drive on September 24th. The owner of the home told police he suspects his maid service may be behind the theft.

Three days later, a male suspect used one of the cards to buy two $2000 gift cards at the Middletown Wal-Mart and the Middletown Lowe's. The same suspect then used those gift cards at the Englewood Wal-Mart and the Lowe's in Trotwood and Huber Heights. At the Englewood Wal-Mart, the suspect bought a 46" LCD T.V., an IPod and a home speaker system. At the Lowe's locations he bought power tools.

The suspect is a middle aged, heavy set, black male. He drives a white Ford SUV, either an Expedition or an Explorer.

If you recognize him, call Detective Ken Parson of the Monroe Police Department at 513-360-2206, extension 3, or Crimestoppers at 352-3040.
