A Hamilton County judge on Thursday set bond at more than a million dollars for a man accused of shooting a woman to death-and leaving her body behind a South Fairmount building.

A resident of Meader Street called 911 around 1 p.m. to report hearing a gunshot. When police got to the scene, they found 36-year old Janice Dawson dead behind at building.

The Cincinnati Police Fugitive Apprehension Team arrested 29-year old Julian James and he has been charged in Dawson's murder.
