Two men accused of nearly killing a man and wounding another in a fight outside a bar will face a judge on Wednesday.
Al and Kurt Klosterman are accused of stabbing Brian Robinson more than nine times and Timothy Akins twice. The incident allegedly happened in the parking lot of the Pirates Den Bar in Green Township on July 30, 2011.
They are both facing felonious assault charges. Al Klosterman is facing an attempted murder charge.
They are expected to appear for a bench trial in Hamilton County Court Wednesday at 10:00 a.m.
