Police Say Suspect Took Advantage of Big Blackout

A suspect who police say took advantage of the recent power outage to steal money, tops our list of Neighborhood Most Wanted Criminals.

Shaine Pierson may be staying on Silver Creek Road in Miami Township, Hamilton County. According to court documents, Pierson broke a window to get inside Sunnyside Grill, on Wesselman Road, in Colerain Township. He is accused of stealing $38 from the business on September 15th. Investigators say his fingerprints were found at the scene.
 
Police also need your help finding Christopher James. The 36-year-old may be staying on Lafeuille Circle in Westwood. He is wanted for felonious assault. Investigators say on August 1st, James hit a woman in the face, then hit her with his car, pushing her into the weeds on Kerper Avenue in Walnut Hills.

And Reuben Hays II may be staying on Sycamore Road in Sycamore Township. The 44-year-old is wanted for violating a temporary protection order. Hays was convicted of domestic violence, and according to police, he continues to contact and threaten the victim.
