Local 12 is working with Crimestoppers to track down today's Neighborhood's Most Wanted.
Police say James Winton Smith broke into a woman's house twice. They say both times he punched her before stealing from her. Smith's last known address is Poplar Street in Elmwood Place.
Michael Mingo is accused of shooting at witnesses of a homicide to intimidate them into withholding information from police. Police say he sometimes uses his twin brother Mickeal's information. His last known address is Panther Court in Price Hill.
