Cincinnati Police are looking for three criminals as part of their Neighborhood Most Wanted partnership with Local 12. The man at the top of their list has been behind bars dozens of times already and is on the run again.
34 year old Joseph Stiver was last known to be living on
West Kemper Road in Springfield Township. Police say Stiver has been arrested 79 times and has dozens of traffic offenses.
The search for our next suspect takes us to Price Hill. 20-year old Dawonta Partee is wanted on two counts of trafficking in cocaine and police say Partee also has a long criminal history.
Police are also looking for 23-year old Stephanie Davis, who may be staying on
Oak Street in Corryville. She has warrants for possession of drugs.
