The University Hospital Air Care helicopter was called out to a wreck early Wednesday morning that has left two people injured.
The crash happened around 2:45 a.m. in the 6600 block of Hamilton Mason Road in Liberty Township.
According to sheriff's investigators, a truck went out of control and crashed into a creek near Maud Hughes Road.
When rescuers arrived on the scene, they found two people injured.
One man had to be be pulled out of the truck and was airlifted to University Hospital.
Another occupant of the truck was first seen in the creek holding his head. He was later found at a nearby house and was treated by paramedics at the scene.
No names and conditions have been released. Deputies say they believe alcohol use played a role in the crash.
