Police in Middletown say a third suspect in a shooting that left five people wounded turned himself in to police this morning.
18 year old Teray Marshall faces a charge of felonious assault.


His two alleged accomplices, 30 year old Shadeed Barnett and 28 year old Gabriel Smith are behind bars already on three-quarters of a million dollars bond each.
Middletown police say the trio opened fire last Wednesday morning in the area between apartments on Weaver Road.
Witnesses heard at least 50 rounds fired. Police say the shootout began with a fight at the Grand Illusions Nightclub.
