Poisoned: Interesting. If the guy had his finger on the trigger when tazed, there is a good chance he could have fired off a shot, since electrical voltage causes muscular contraction. Tazing may not be the best way to deal with an armed suspect. In this case of course the cops didn't know until after, so I am glad they are all ok.

What isn't said in this article, which is being reported on other sites, is that he wouldn't take his hands out of his jacket pockets when asked, and after they handcuffed him they found a loaded gun in that pocket. If they hadn't tazed him, they could have been the ones being shot at. He is lucky that's all they did was taze him. He was going on people's porches and looking in windows. This is what we pay the police to do, so if you are going to bash them for it, don't go running to them when someone breaks into your house and harms you.

What? the neighbors reported a SUSPICIOUS PERSON (what made them suspicious? was he wearing a hoodie) and when police came the "suspicious " person ran? but nobody could prove he did anything wrong. he was probably just going for some skittles.
