No charges yet but more trouble may be on the horizon for embattled Bengals Linebacker Odell Thurman.
Two men in Thurman's hometown of Monticello, Georgia claim he committed assault this weekend.
The men say Odell Thurman knocked one of the men to the ground outside a house party early Sunday morning, and his brother Willie Thurman placed a gun in the man's mouth.
The other man claims Thurman kicked and punched him.
The men filed complaints with police the day after the party.
Right now a hearing is scheduled for Friday where a magistrate will go over the case with Odell Thurman and his brother Willie before deciding whether criminal charges should be filed.
Thurman missed all of last season after a suspension for violating the NFL's substance abuse policy.
While serving that suspension he was arrested for driving drunk.
