A man was taken to the hospital after gun fire erupts at a gas station.
Cincinnati Police say someone pulled a gun and started firing at the Marathon station at Clarion and Montgomery in Evanston just before 12:30 a.m. Wednesday morning.
Investigators said you can see several cars and people talking by the pumps in surveillance video from the gas station before someone pulls a gun and starts firing.
The man who was hit by bullets drove off with another man. They were eventually stopped by police.
The man was shot once in the back. There is no update available at this time on his condition and his name has not been released.
Officers have also not provided a description or information on the shooter.
