The Front Office can't can a guy who has stuck with them for so long and accomplished so much. But Dusty should have the opportunity to bow out gracefully. He has an idea reason-hjis health. "It is nice to be asked and I am grateful for the opportunity the Reds organization has provided me, the team and the staff are like family by now, but due to recent health concerns I announce my retirement." got it.

HammeringHank, I agree with everything you typed. I think Dusty was 100% out managed in the playoffs but if Rolen makes that throw to 1st we're not even having this conversation (or least until another week). I just think we have other issues that we need to address.
